Mediation allows parties to step away from the adversarial posturing of court or arbitration proceedings to look at the dispute from a constructive, problem-solving lens that enables the parties to discuss what really matters to them in a safe and confidential space.

We are accredited mediators in England & Wales, Dubai and Pakistan and are happy to accept appointments to act as mediators in these jurisdictions.  We offer both facilitative and evaluative mediation services.
